Ingredients
- 250 grams Baby potatoes (about 13 to 15)
- 1 small Onion chopped finely
- 1 cup Plain yogurt or curd
- 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
- 3 small sprigs Cilantro chopped roughly
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise original or eggless
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (zest of 1 full lemon)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt as required

Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Drain well and leave to cool. Peel the potatoes and cut into halves.
- Place the potatoes, the chopped onions and chopped cilantro or coriander leaves into a bowl.
- Add the salt, pepper, mayonnaise and yogurt to the potatoes and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and lemon zest and combine well. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
- Chill till ready to serve or for up to 2 hours.
