Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Drain well and leave to cool. Peel the potatoes and cut into halves.
Place the potatoes, the chopped onions and chopped cilantro or coriander leaves into a bowl.
Add the salt, pepper, mayonnaise and yogurt to the potatoes and mix well.
Add the lemon juice and lemon zest and combine well. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
Chill till ready to serve or for up to 2 hours.
